If any of these questions resonate with you, we invite you to join us for an immersive 2-day training program designed specifically for experienced coaches and business leaders who serve as internal coaches or use coaching skills as a part of their leadership style. Enhance your coaching presence with techniques in Relational Mindfulness, Improvisation, and knowing more about our Brain Behaviours.

This training will take place on September 25th – 26th 2025 in Ljubljana, each day from 9:00 – 18:00. CET.

This training will be based on coaching at the Master Certified Credential (MCC) level for individuals and teams, offering an opportunity to expand your coaching skills and will focus on the ICF coaching competencies of (a) Establishing a Coaching Agreement, (b) Coaching Presence and (c) Active Listening, along with strategies to employ your sponsors and HR departments for coaching engagements.
