Vid Verdinek, saksofon in Tadej Pance, saksofon

At the twelfth concert of the 33rd Young Virtuosi International Music Cycle, organized by Festival Ljubljana, two exceptional saxophonists will perform – Vid Verdinek and Tadej Pance.
Vid Verdinek began his musical education at the private music school Melodija in Muta and now studies at the Private University for Music and Arts in Vienna. He is the recipient of numerous awards from competitions in Paris, Graz, Ljubljana, and Brixen, and performs as a member of Quartet Novus.
Tadej Pance, a graduate of the same university in Vienna and currently a student at the Zurich University of the Arts, has received numerous awards at competitions such as TEMSIG, EMONA, Svirél, Woodwind & Brass in Varaždin, and others. He has performed as a soloist at Vienna’s Musikverein, where he gave his debut recital with Japanese pianist Noriko Shibata, followed by a second recital the next year.
Irèn Seleljo will appear as the piano accompanist.
