5 YEARS!
We’ve been quiet on social media for a while, and for good reason.
This past season has been a time of introspection—both individually and collectively. We’ve taken a step back to get in tune with ourselves, refine our goals, evolve alongside the rapidly changing scene. It’s now been five years of operation and six years of existence, and during that time, we’ve grown—both older and (a bit) wiser.
In an era where everything is becoming bigger and flashier, where appearances seem to matter more than authenticity, we’ve stayed true to our values. While the scene chases the biggest crowds, venues, and backstage perks, we’ve focused on what mattered to us and is still the key to our existence: creating a space for creatives, real connections, and a community where everyone feels accepted for who they are.
That’s why we can truly say that we stood for ourselves and what people would call “rigid behavior in business”. We stood for our values: spreading culture, creating space for creatives, and connecting like-minded people. We didn’t put on fake glitter for it to shine on social media. Instead, we can say we have the most genuine fans, but we don’t have to show it. We prefer to tell them in person; we spend time with those who come to our parties and events. We engage with people who listen to our music; we share the music with them. That’s why we are proud to be part of the scene that evolved from the challenges of COVID.
This season marks our five-year anniversary, and we plan to celebrate it with exciting releases, meetups, events, and spreading the word of Ljubljana’s niche community even abroad. Thank you to everyone who has been with us on this journey. We’ll continue to do what we’ve always done: stay true to our roots, bring people together, and insist on putting creativity and culture above all.
5th season starts on October 12th at Club K4, where we’ll kick off with our friend Semmus from Amsterdam, who has also released on our label. The beginning of another year, filled with great releases, get-togethers, and other happenings.
