Stek diha z ulico, z njenim hrupom in dimom. S prepletanjem plesa, gledaliลกฤa, akrobacij, glasbe, ลพongliranja in klovnade ustvarja svet, podoben poletni nevihti: surov, osveลพujoฤ in divji.
Stek se prepuลกฤa ulici, ki je hkrati mati in dom. Gledalca popelje v preprost, ritmiฤen in obฤutljiv svet, ki se prilagaja prostoru in situaciji. Stek prikliฤe univerzum, ki v svoji odprtosti sprejema sveลพino improvizacije: Stek je sedanji trenutek.
Stek je vez med ลกtirimi bitji, ki dajejo enako vrednost vsemu, kar ลกkripa in ropota. Je neizฤrpna poezija, ki vznikne iz marginalnosti, negotovosti, druลพine in prekarnega ลพivljenja.
Stek govori o ลกtirih marginalnih likih, ki ลพivijo odmaknjen vsakdan, kjer je ลพivljenje lahko vredno le kosa kruha in kjer lahko laฤni v boju za preลพivetje postanejo bratje.
S skrbno surovim univerzumom je Stek norost in samota. Ne vedno v tem vrstnem redu. Predvsem pa je divje veselje do ลพivljenja. Uลพivanje v tem, da nisi sam.
Stek je brezฤasnost in brezbriลพnost. A hkrati tudi hladen udarec v obraz, tukaj in zdaj.
Stek govori o ลพivljenju samem. O noฤi in dnevu, vedno v tem vrstnem redu. O vezeh, ki nastajajo iz preลพivetega nagona. O potrebi po neลพnosti.
Stek govori o ฤarobnih, bleลกฤeฤih, gnusnih in trohneฤih smeteh, ki so povsod. O teh istih smeteh, ki so lahko tudi zaklad. O prekratkih hlaฤah in predolgih plaลกฤih. O tem, da si preveฤ reven, preveฤ umazan, preveฤ ฤuden, preveฤ โฆ
O tem, da se ne prilegaลก โ in prav zato pripadaลก.

Kolektiv je nastal po njihovem ลกtudiju, po zakljuฤnih treh letih profesionalnega usposabljanja na Visoki ลกoli za cirkuลกke umetnosti v Toulousu (ESACTO LIDO).

Stek breathes the street โ its noise and its smoke. Through dance, theatre, stunt work, music, acrobatics, juggling, and clowning, Stek carefully creates a universe reminiscent of a summer storm: refreshing and wild.
Stek surrenders itself to the street, which is both mother and home. Stek immerses the audience in a simple, rhythmic, and sensitive world that adapts to the space and the situation. It evokes a universe that embraces, through its openness, the freshness of improvisation: Stek is the present moment.
It is the bond between four beings who assign equal value to everything that creaks and rattles. It is the inexhaustible poetry born from marginality, uncertainty, family, and precarity.
Stek tells the story of four marginal characters living an offbeat everyday life, where life itself may be worth no more than a piece of bread, and where the hungry may become brothers in the struggle for survival.
With its carefully raw universe, Stek is madness and solitude. Not always in that order. But above all, it is the fierce joy of living. The pleasure of not being alone.
Stek is timelessness and indifference. But it is also a cold punch to the face, here and now.
Stek speaks about life itself. About night and day, always in that order. About the bonds that emerge from shared experience. About the need for tenderness.
Stek speaks about magical, shining, disgusting, and rotting garbage that is everywhere. About that very same garbage that can also become treasure. About trousers that are too short and coats that are too long. About being too poor, too dirty, too strange, too muchโฆ
About not fitting in โ and therefore belonging.
