💗 𝗙𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗮 𝗔𝗹 𝗤𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗿𝗶 že več kot desetletje premika meje elektronske glasbe. Njene kompozicije združujejo klubske ritme, ambientalne teksture in filmsko napetost v zvočne pokrajine, ki hkrati delujejo futuristično in srhljivo znano.
Glasba Fatime Al Qadiri nastaja na presečišču osebnega spomina, politične zgodovine in digitalne sedanjosti. Odraščanje v Kuvajtu med zalivsko vojno, življenje med različnimi kulturami ter ozadje umetniške družine so zaznamovali njeno ustvarjanje, v katerem se klubska elektronika srečuje z ambientalnimi pokrajinami, filmsko atmosfero in konceptualnim razmislekom.
Njene izdaje za kultno založbo Hyperdub in projekt Future Brown so jo uveljavili kot eno najizvirnejših ustvarjalk sodobne elektronske glasbe, njena avtorska pot pa sega tudi v filmski svet, saj je ustvarila glasbo za film v režiji Françoisa Ozona 𝘛𝘶𝘫𝘦𝘤 (𝘓’𝘌́𝘵𝘳𝘢𝘯𝘨𝘦𝘳) po romanu Alberta Camusa.

💗 𝗙𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗮 𝗔𝗹 𝗤𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗿𝗶
For more than a decade, Fatima Al Qadiri has been pushing the boundaries of electronic music. Her compositions weave together club rhythms, ambient textures, and cinematic tension into sonic landscapes that feel at once futuristic and eerily familiar.
Al Qadiri’s work emerges at the intersection of personal memory, political history, and the digital present. Growing up in Kuwait during the Gulf War, living between cultures, and being raised in a family of artists have profoundly shaped her practice, in which club music converges with ambient soundscapes, cinematic atmospheres, and conceptual inquiry.
Her releases on the seminal label Hyperdub, as well as her work with the collective Future Brown, have established her as one of the defining voices in contemporary electronic music. Her practice also extends to film scoring, most recently composing the soundtrack for François Ozon’s 𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘚𝘵𝘳𝘢𝘯𝘨𝘦𝘳 (𝘓’𝘌́𝘵𝘳𝘢𝘯𝘨𝘦𝘳), based on Albert Camus’s iconic novel.
